WEB SITE HOSTING PAYMENT POLICY
Due to late payments becoming more frequent, Appearance Strategy has adopted the following structured billing policy. This policy is effective as of September 1, 2004.

If you are not currently in compliance with the new billing policy, you are required to comply by October 1, 2004.

If your account is not in compliance with this policy by October 1, 2004, all services will be cancelled as of that date and you will be charged a reconnect fee of $50.00 per domain name hosted with Appearance Strategy.

Monthly hosting accounts will be billed by credit card only. Invoices are sent out monthly for your records. For those clients wishing to pay by check or cash, annual and semi-annual billing options are available. Please contact billing@appearancestrategy.com to set up your account on an annual or semi-annual payment cycle.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY
Appearance Strategy reserves the right to apply a late fee, consisting of $5.00 per week, on any payment that is late. This fee will be applied one week after such payment is due and each week thereafter if the account is not brought current.

Once the account is one month past due, all services will be cancelled and a reconnect fee of $50.00 per domain name will be charged to reinstate the account.

FEES

• Returned Checks: $25.00 processing fee on all returned checks.
• Charge backs: If you issue a charge back, either by mistake or fraudulently, Appearance Strategy will assess a $25.00 processing fee for each individual charge back. Once a charge back has been received, we will immediately suspend your account until the matter is resolved. If you issue a charge back against Appearance Strategy to avoid payment (fraudulent charge back), we will assess the $25.00 fee and add it to your account total. This will then be turned over to collections.
• Declined Credit Card Fees: Appearance Strategy will attempt to charge your credit card three times on the billing date of your billing cycle. If the card is declined, Appearance Strategy will attempt to charge the card three times per day each day thereafter. Each day after the billing date that the card must be resubmitted, a charge of $.50 will be added to your account.
• Past Due Termination Fee: If your account is closed by Appearance Strategy due to non-payment, we will add a $50.00 fee to your balance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of service requires 30 days prior written notice. Notice may be given by e-mail or postal mail and must include customers name, domain name, and date of cancellation. Appearance Strategy reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Client is responsible for regularly reviewing this policy. Continued use of the services following notice of policy change, after receipt of notification thereof, shall constitute the client’s acceptance of such changes.
